Marking on label, cardboard and synthetic materials are common use of method of thermal transfer printer in industry world.
Thermal transfer ribbons are dividing to 3 main groups which contain with chemicals.
Wax: Make print on vellum and glossy paper and material produced of wax.
Wax/Resin: Make print on plastic base material and material produced of wax and resin. Come off alcohol test.
Resin: Ideal material to print washing instruction and material produced of resin. In heavy washing test give good results.
Textile ribbons (resin): In heavy washing and stoning give good results.
